Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
How we protect your B2B sourcing data, proprietary design sheets, target pricing, and global logistics profiles. Last updated: August 11, 2026.
Confidential Sourcing Commitment
Unlike consumer e-commerce platforms, B2B semiconductor procurement involves highly sensitive engineering designs and supply chain data. We guarantee that all Bill of Materials (BOM) files, PCB schematics, component target prices, and manufacturer part number (MPN) requirement counts uploaded to our secure servers are kept strictly confidential. They are never shared, sold, or exposed to third-party suppliers or marketing networks.
1. Sourcing Data We Collect
To provide accurate global sourcing, lifecycle analysis, and shortage mitigation, we collect standard corporate and technical data including:
- RFQ and Sourcing Details: Obsolete and active manufacturer part numbers (MPNs), target quantities, desired packaging styles (e.g., tape & reel, tray), and visual JEDEC inspection requirements.
- BOM Spreadsheets: Sourcing directories containing lists of integrated circuits, FPGAs, microcontrollers, passives, and associated circuit board design designations.
- Corporate Contact Profiles: Business email address, company name, corporate phone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers, and geographic billing/logistics addresses.
- Technical Infrastructure Metadata: Server logs and, if you consent, analytics and interaction data collected through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
2. Use of Confidential Sourcing Information
Your proprietary procurement data is utilized strictly to secure authentic components and execute JEDEC-compliant visual inspections:
- Mitigating supply shortages and verifying original component manufacturer (OCM) lot traces.
- Routing component technical inspection reports (e.g., visual microscopy, pins inspection, co-planarity, failure decapsulation analysis) prior to international dispatch.
- Coordinating global logistics via our verified partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx) under B2B Incoterms.
- Complying with international trade laws, export controls, and ITAR compliance standards.
3. Data Security & Storage Integrity
Our technology stack resides on an enterprise-grade cloud environment protected by strict firewall policies and secure Cloudflare CDN routing. All custom inventory inquiries, RFQ submissions, and BOM sheet files are transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Data is stored in secure server clusters isolated from public web directories. Access is restricted to authorized procurement professionals under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
4. Cookie Policy & Web Analytics
SupplyICs uses browser storage that is necessary to retain your RFQ cart and consent preference. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Chatwoot live-support widget remain off until you enable their applicable category. You can accept, reject, customize, or later withdraw optional consent through the footer. Our separate Cookie Policy identifies the services, purposes, typical storage names, and controls.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about disclosures of personal data. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, record-retention duties, and the B2B scope of the relevant law. To submit a request, contact compliance@supplyics.com.
6. Policy Updates & Contact Details
As global trade regulations and cybersecurity protocols evolve, we reserve the right to refine this privacy policy. Sourcing directors are encouraged to review this page regularly.
